Prior to your appointment, you will receive a welcome email containing everything you need to prepare for your session. You’ll be invited to share a little about your personal goals and style preferences, along with a short personality questionnaire designed to help me understand how you naturally relate to colour and personal style.

Sessions are held from my home studio in the West End of Glasgow, where I can provide optimal natural lighting for accurate and considered colour analysis. Online consultations are also available for clients who are unable to attend in person.

We will begin by exploring your personal style and colour goals, along with aspects of your natural colouring and how your skin responds to different environments, such as sunlight.

Through the seasonal draping process, we will identify the colours, shades and contrasts that bring harmony, brightness and balance to your features. We will also consider the emotional and psychological impact of colour — both in how it influences your mood and how you are perceived by others.

The session also includes guidance on complementary make-up tones, jewellery metals and hair colour shades to help you create a cohesive and confident personal image.

You will receive a personalised colour fan for your seasonal palette to take home and use as an ongoing guide for shopping and styling.

Sessions last approximately 90 minutes.

Absolutely not. The purpose of colour analysis is not to replace your wardrobe, but to help you understand why certain colours work so beautifully for you and how to make choices that feel authentic to your personal style.

The process is designed to be inspiring and empowering, giving you practical tools and a deeper understanding of colour so that getting dressed and shopping becomes more intuitive, enjoyable and confidence-boosting.

Location, Access & Parking

Your session takes place in a dedicated home studio in Hyndland, Glasgow, just a 5-minute walk from Hyndland Railway Station. Detailed address and entry instructions are sent upon booking.

Please note that the studio is on the second floor of a traditional Glasgow tenement and is accessible via stairs only (no elevator).

Paid on-street parking is available nearby in the W3 zone (free on Sundays).

Allergy awareness

For allergy awareness, consultations take place in a home where cats are present, though they are kept separate from the studio space.

Payment

Sessions are secured with a 50% deposit via bank transfer, with the remaining balance due on the day.
