Booking

To book a session, please use the contact form. I will respond within 48 hours by email to confirm availability and arrange your appointment.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your appointment is only confirmed once this has been received.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, before or at the time of the appointment. You may also choose to pay in full at the time of booking.

Deposits are valid for 6 months from the date of payment.

Availability

Appointments are available on Saturdays, and selected Fridays, during daylight hours. All consultations take place in my home studio in the West End of Glasgow.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please give at least 7 days’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

• 7+ days’ notice: full refund or one transfer to a new appointment (valid for 6 months)

• Less than 7 days’ notice: deposit is non-refundable, but one transfer to a new appointment will be offered subject to availability

• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments: deposit is lost and cannot be transferred

• Second reschedule (after one transfer): £10 administration fee applies

Late Payment

If full payment is not received on the day of your appointment, a 10% late fee may be applied. Future bookings may be paused until payment is received in full.

Gift Vouchers

Full payment is required for all gift vouchers.

Vouchers are issued by email and are valid for 6 months from purchase.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

International Clients

At present, I do not offer overseas bookings.
